Hi! I am so glad you’re here!

I’m Jess, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Food and health have been made to be way too complicated and I want to help you demystify it! From staring into your fridge and not knowing what to eat, to staring at yourself in the mirror and feeling discouraged- I’m your girl.

I became interested in the science of nutrition through my own personal experience. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was 11 years old and celiac disease at 15 years old. My life changed very quickly and the topic of every conversation was almost always food. I love to use my own personal experience to help my patients, because trust me, I get it! I want to help you understand your body and your nutritional needs, while working towards your health goals.
