Do you take insurance?

I currently am not accepting insurance. I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What can I expect during our initial appointment?

During the initial assessment we will review your health and nutrition history, applicable family history, nutrition goals, and weight goals. We will discuss your goals and how I will help you to achieve them as well as begin planning.

What can I expect during our follow-up appointments?

Each follow up appointment can vary based on your needs at that time. We generally review your recent intake and the goals we set in the prior week. From there we check in and review adjustments to make. We will also discuss any other factors that are impacting your eating habits at that time.

How much do you charge?

My initial assessment is $275, 50 minute follow-up is $220, and 30 minute follow-up is $115.
