Ground Beef and Broccoli
What you need:
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
2 tsp grated ginger (I use frozen cubes)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup chicken/beef broth
3 cups broccoli (I use frozen)
Sesame seeds
Avocado oil
How to do it:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef
While the beef is cooking, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and honey in a small bowl
Once beef is mostly cooked, add in broccoli and chicken broth. Cover to steam for ~5 minutes
Once the broccoli is tender, add in sauce and combine well
Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
Key tip:
Serve over brown rice or cauliflower rice!
