Gluten Free Banana Bread

What you need: 

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • β…“ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, tahini, etc.)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ΒΌ cup chocolate chips

  • 1 pinch of salt 


How to do it: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mash bananas into liquidy consistency

  3. Add eggs, nut butter and vanilla extract and combine well

  4. Add almond flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and salt and combine

  5. Pour batter into a lined loaf pan

  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes
