Maple Apple Turkey Breakfast Sausages 

What you need: 

  • 1 lbs ground chicken

  • 1 apple, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp herbamere herbed sea salt

  • Olive oil


How to do it: 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, apple, maple syrup and salt

  2. Form into small patties (should yield ~16)

  3. Place into a large well oiled skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes

  4. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on other side 

  5. Enjoy!


Storage tip:

Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 2-6 months!
