Maple Apple Turkey Breakfast Sausages
What you need:
1 lbs ground chicken
1 apple, finely chopped
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp herbamere herbed sea salt
Olive oil
How to do it:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, apple, maple syrup and salt
Form into small patties (should yield ~16)
Place into a large well oiled skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes
Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on other side
Enjoy!
Storage tip:
Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 2-6 months!
